WASHINGTON – This Sunday, August 25, the National Park Service celebrates its 108th birthday. We invite you to join us in celebrating another year of America’s best idea!

Park rangers will be available for interviews this weekend and next week.. For more information or to schedule an appointment, email us or contact a nearby national park, monument, shoreline, historic site, recreation area or other national park. With over 430 national parks across the country, there’s probably one closer than you think!
