Former President Donald Trump flew into a rage during a chaotic phone interview with Fox News about Kamala Harris that came to an awkward end Thursday night, the final night of the Democratic National Convention.

“She’s going to pass a tax increase of four to five times what individuals and corporations are paying now,” Trump said of the vice president, interrupted by dial tones that appeared to be caused by someone pressing buttons on his phone.

The Republican candidate posted a message during Harris’ acceptance speech, asking if the Democratic candidate was “TALKING ABOUT” him.

He then turned to the conservative network and dismissed Harris’ poll numbers.

“She’s resonated with women voters and she’s tried to win back the young people’s vote, the Hispanic vote and the black vote,” Fox News’ Martha MacCallum said. “So what are you going to do? What’s your strategy to rebuild the momentum you had with those voters?”

“No, she is not succeeding. I am succeeding,” Trump said, touting his support among women, blacks and Hispanics.

Moderator Bret Baier tried to cut off the floor as time ran out before Greg Gutfeld’s show began, but Trump continued, ranting about Democrats kicking President Joe Biden “out of the party.”

“And that’s why we had a different night tonight,” MacCallum said, trying to wrap his head around it.

“They did the same thing they did to RFK,” Trump said.

“Mr. President, thank you very much,” added Baier.

“OK, thank you very much,” Trump said as the conversation quickly ended before the hosts turned the floor over to Gutfeld.

At the beginning of his late-night show, Gutfeld pointed out that the interview had ended so quickly.

“It wasn’t my fault, Donald Trump,” he said.
