Eva Amurri, daughter of actress Susan Sarandon and director Franco Amurri, is hitting back at online criticism of her wedding dress after the digital content creator married chef Ian Hock over the weekend.

Amurri shared photos from the couple’s wedding in a joint Instagram post with People magazine on Sunday. Amurri wore a strapless white corset dress by Kim Kassas, while Hock wore a custom navy suit and vest by SuitShop, according to the magazine.

Amurri’s wedding dress sparked a heated reaction in the comments section when it came to clothing, with many criticizing the dress for emphasizing Amurri’s cleavage.

The 39-year-old later responded cheekily to her critics in her Instagram story. In the now-deleted post, Amurri shared two photos of her and Hock posing in their wedding attire. The second photo showed a close-up of Amurri’s cleavage.

“And to anyone who is outraged that my boobs weren’t ‘tucked away’…” Amurri wrote, according to screenshots from People magazine and Entertainment Tonight. “Feel free to screenshot this for later.”

Amurri married Hock on Saturday in a “French garden party”-style ceremony at Windrift Hall in New York’s Hudson Valley, the couple confirmed to People magazine. Amurri’s mother, Sarandon, and her former partner, actor Tim Robbins, were both in attendance.

Amurri, who has daughter Marlowe Mae and sons Major James and Mateo Antoni with ex-husband Kyle Martino, incorporated her children into the ceremony by having them perform a handfasting ritual.

“We wanted to put our little family unit at the center and make it as much about the kids as it was about us,” Amurri told the magazine. “All we really needed was the beautiful atmosphere, our nearest and dearest and a great party.”

Of her wedding dress, which she purchased from Bridal Reflections in New York City, Amurri said the sultry gown met all of her style criteria.

“I love the vintage look and the ultra-feminine feel without being too over the top,” said Amurri. “I wanted to feel sexy but elegant and I think the dress strikes the perfect balance.”
