Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala surprised everyone earlier this month when they announced their surprise engagement. While everyone is waiting for the two actors to finally get married, it has now been revealed that they might get married somewhere else soon.

Several unconfirmed reports claim that Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhuliapala are planning a wedding at a specific venue. Reportedly, the couple might announce their wedding date once the venue is finalized. However, there is no official confirmation on the same as of now.

Earlier, Chay’s father had asked Nagarjuna in an interview with Times Now if the wedding date was fixed, to which he replied, “Not immediately. As I told you, we decided to have a rushed engagement because it was an auspicious day and since Chay and Sobhita are very sure that they want to get married, we said let’s do it.”

Naga Chaitanya, who was previously married to Samantha Ruth Prabhu, got engaged to Sobhita Dhulipala on August 8, 2024. It was an intimate ceremony at Chaitanya’s house, attended only by close family members. Sharing their first official pictures online, Naga Chaitanya’s father, superstar Nagarjuna, wrote, “We are happy to announce the engagement of our son Naga Chaitanya to Sobhita Dhulipala, which took place this morning at 9:42 am! We are overjoyed to welcome them into our family. Congratulations to the happy couple! We wish them a lifetime of love and happiness. God bless them! ❤️ 8.8.8 A beginning of never-ending love ❤️.”

Later, the couple also shared new romantic pictures from their engagement ceremony and wrote, “What could my mother be to yours? What kind of relationship does my father have with yours anyway? And how did we meet? But in love, our hearts are like red earth and pouring rain: inseparable.”

Rumours about Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita’s relationship started in May 2023 when they were first spotted together in Hyderabad. Their link-up gained further attention after a viral photo from their European vacation in June showed the couple enjoying a wine tasting session, which further fuelled speculation.
