A visit to a house by the lake doesn’t sound so bad, does it?

I love browsing through homes for sale. It’s so lovely to see these beautiful places that I could never afford. And we don’t have to look far to find a beautiful lake house for sale in Iowa.

But this one is different.

Not only the house is for sale: the log cabin comes with a boat and a motorhome. There is also a private jetty and a boat dock.

Located in Dexter, Iowa on Diamondhead Lake, the home is for sale for $1.1 million. The home sleeps up to 10 people and has 4 bathrooms. There is a bonus game room with a pool table and poker table, as well as a private bar and kitchenette. It has a sauna, an exit to the lake, a wood-burning fireplace, and a lovely patio area upstairs.

The house itself is 3,000 square feet and is located at 9145 Diamondhead Drive. It was built in 1973 and renovated with some modern updates.

There’s a lot more on the list besides the house.
