A high pressure system will move across the region mid-week. Clear skies, mostly dry conditions and pleasant temperatures should be the general rule of thumb.
Tonight… expect clouds to clear and temperatures to drop. Lows of around 10 degrees are expected. Gusty winds should also ease somewhat.
Monday will see temperatures remain at 21 degrees and partly cloudy skies. I can’t completely rule out a few showers or drizzle in the afternoon, but whatever develops shouldn’t make much difference in the dry air. Smoke from wildfires will drift through the upper layers of the atmosphere, leading to hazy skies.
Tuesday and Wednesday will remain at 21 degrees Celsius. Lows at night are expected to be between 10 and 5 degrees Celsius. Open the windows!
There may be isolated showers or thunderstorms on Friday, but the chance of rain is only 30%. We will continue to monitor developments throughout the rest of the week.
I want to give you a FIRST WARNING for this coming weekend. Temperatures are expected to climb well above 25 degrees, with significantly higher humidity. It’s looking pretty warm (but dry) for the Packers-Ravens preseason game at noon Saturday in Green Bay.
