City of Des Plaines phone lines restored after outage; 9-1-1 was available for police and fire calls – Cardinal News
The City of Des Plaines issued an alert Friday morning, August 16, 2024, that its city phone lines were down and city employees were unable to receive or make calls. 9-1-1 phone lines remained available.
If you need police or fire services, please call 9-1-1. If you need city services, please complete a DP311 request at desplainesil.gov/dp311. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.
