Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has received the letters of credence from the new ambassadors of Belgium, India, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Italy and Mexico.
He announced this in his video address, reports Ukrinform, citing the president’s Telegram account.
“New ambassadors from partner countries – Belgium, India, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Italy and Mexico – have come to work in Ukraine. I have received their credentials. I am grateful for the clear support of our territorial integrity and international law,” he said.
Zelensky also said that there were several meetings today to continue the work on a just peace in Ukraine and the protection of the Ukrainian people.
As Ukrinform reported, in April President Volodymyr Zelensky accepted the credentials of the following ambassadors: Jarosław Guzy from the Republic of Poland, Paul Lehmann from Australia, Urasa Mongkolnavin from the Kingdom of Thailand, Francisca Ashietey-Odunton from the Republic of Ghana and Stephen Mubiru from the Republic of Uganda.
