Yearly, Fort Worth Inc. releases its list of the best places to work in Fort Worth. The competition is conducted and judged by Workforce Research Group, an independent organization that analyzes companies across Fort Worth to find out which company employees believe offers the best work environment. Companies and organizations agree to have their employees surveyed by Workforce Research Group. The data is then evaluated on employee benefits and company culture, such as work-from-home and vacation policies, wellness initiatives, diversity, and fun activities like office happy hours. Fort Worth Inc.The 2024 Fort Worth Best Places to Work Awards Luncheon was held at the River Ranch Stockyards on Thursday, August 15. Over 350 attendees from companies across the Greater Fort Worth area came together for this highly anticipated event to celebrate their accomplishments.

Attendees enjoyed a wine reception that provided the perfect setting for networking, followed by a delicious chicken piccata meal and a large slice of tiramisu to finish. Awards ceremony host Curtis Needs A Ride had many guests in tears of laughter after an afternoon of interactive games and jokes.
