Guest Inn property near Aiken fetches seven-figure price | Aiken Area Business

A property in the Aiken area that houses a Guest Inn hotel and nearby land recently changed hands.

Pace Aiken LLC purchased four contiguous parcels of land at Exit 18 on Interstate 20 from Y & S Hospitality LLC for $1.45 million.

According to Aiken County land records, the deal was completed on July 30.

Pace Aiken acquired approximately 14 acres along with “all furniture, fixtures, appliances and all inventory located on the subject property,” according to the general warranty deed filed with the Aiken County Registry of Deeds.

The Guest Inn is located at 110 Frontage Road, off Edgefield Highway (SC Highway 19).

Founded in June, Pace Aiken is a limited liability company based in South Carolina.

Its registered agent is Corporation Service Company of West Columbia.

Pace Aiken LLC has a property address in Coral Gables, Florida.

Y & S Hospitality was incorporated in February 2022 and is also a South Carolina limited liability company. The registered agent is Narender Singh, who has an address in Aiken.

Y & S Hospitality purchased the property in April 2022 for $750,000 from Shree of Aiken Inc.
