Police identify woman killed in motorcycle crash near Glasgow

A 45-year-old woman who died two days after a motorcycle crash near Glasgow has been identified by Delaware State Police as Nicole Hill.

Hill, of Bear, was riding her Harley Davidson FXS motorcycle eastbound on Pulaski Highway (Route 40) when, according to police, a westbound Nissan Altima crossed into the eastbound lanes and into the path of the motorcycle shortly after 5 p.m. on August 6.

After the accident, Hill was thrown from the motorcycle.

Hill was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries, where she died Thursday, police said.

The Nissan driver, a 24-year-old man from the Newark area, was also taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
