Walt Disney Studios announced several new projects the company is working on at D23 2024 over the weekend, as well as provided updates on titles it is currently working on.
Films still in early development include Toy Story 5, Frozen 3 And The Incredibles 3Other projects that are already well advanced and have received important updates are Tron: Ares, Elio, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, Andor Season 2, Ironheart, Daredevil: Reborn and many more.
Nevertheless, the cast of Agatha all the time performed a new musical number for the series, which will be released on Disney+ in October. Other highly anticipated films received official titles and numerous casting news was announced.

Marvel Projects
Dominique Thorne’s Riri Williams appeared in newly released footage for Ironheart alongside Anthony Ramos, who will also star in the Disney+ series as The Hood. Executive producer Ryan Coogler appeared at D23 with Thorne, Ramos and cast members Lyric Ross, Alden Ehrenreich and Regan Aliyah (Best regards, Kitty) to the Honda Center to unveil the first look at the show. The series will launch in 2025.
Daredevil: Reborn also had a first look at the cast members Charlie Cox, Jon Bernthal, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson and Vincent D’Onofrio, who were present alongside Marvel boss Kevin Feige.

Season 2 of Percy Jackson and the Olympianshas followed up on the casting news from Comic-Con and revealed three more characters that will appear in the Rick Riordan-based Under the spell of the Cyclops.
A first look at Tron: Ares Evan Peters, Jared Leto and Greta Lee were cast in the roles and it was also announced during the film that Trent Reznor and Nine Inch Nails had been brought in to provide music for the upcoming franchise film.

Mufasa: The Lion King Trailer took audiences deeper into Barry Jenkins’ next project, which will feature a new original song by Lin-Manuel Miranda.
The popular Agent 626, better known as Stitch, raced through the Disney logo screen, hinting at the live-action version of the animated film starring young Lilo and Stitch. The CGI creature’s dramatic appearance was followed by the revelation of a summer 2025 release date.
Fresh from Deadpool and Wolverine‘s box office hit, another work with Hugh Jackman, The greatest showman is adapted as a musical. Frozen The live-filmed musical will debut on Disney+ in 2025, and a Hercules The musical will also premiere in London’s West End next year.
