Trump reportedly used swear words, often directed against women, to describe Harris in private conversations

Former President Donald Trump He reportedly used a slur often directed at women to describe the vice president Kamala Harris during at least two private conversations. His campaign team denies this.

The New York Times cited two people who heard Trump call Harris a “bitch” on separate occasions. The people were granted anonymity to describe the private conversations.

In response, Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung said: “Those are not the words President Trump used to describe Kamala, nor is it the way the campaign would characterize her.”

Trump, a Republican, has a history of making disparaging remarks about women and his political opponents. He called Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee, and other women, including 2016 Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, “disgusting” and boasted about grabbing women’s genitals in the infamous “Access Hollywood” video.

He called Carly Fiorina, one of his rivals for the Republican nomination in 2016, “horseface” during a campaign debate. Last month, Trump falsely claimed that Harris, who is black and of Asian descent, Voters misled about their race.

Trump has said that E. Jean Carroll, a writer who accused him of rape, is a “madwoman” who made up “a fraudulent and false story” to sell her memoirs. A New York jury found Trump liable for sexual abusebut not rape, in a civil case brought by Carroll.

Trump has also made derogatory remarks about men, calling his former rival Senator Marco Rubio of Florida “little Marco,” Senator Ted Cruz of Texas “lying Ted” and former Florida Governor Jeb Bush “low-energy Jeb.”
