Tony Khan was in a thankful mood as he took to social media over the weekend to announce some big things for AEW in the coming weeks. With All In returning to Wembley Stadium in London, England this month, the promotion has a big PPV to look forward to. However, Khan is also likely concerned with the future of the company’s media rights, and his X (formerly Twitter) The post could be interpreted as a hint; however, the AEW boss does not reveal anything about the announcements he is hinting at.

Khan had previously stated that negotiations between AEW and Warner Bros. Discovery were going well, although it is unknown if they have already crossed the finish line. The AEW boss had previously stated that he expected a response by late summer or early fall. The announcements hinted at in his tweet would fit within that timeframe. In addition, WBD’s rebranding of TruTV to TNT Sports could bode well for the continuation of the collaboration between AEW and the conglomerate, as the advertisement featured wrestlers from Khan’s promotion.

Of course, the rumor mill also started churning after Khan’s meeting with WWE alumnus Shane McMahon, where they posed for a photo and then made a statement.
