Red Bank Community Movie Night Scheduled for Friday, August 16

The City of Red Bank will be screening “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” at its upcoming Community Movie Night. The public is invited to attend the free event on Friday, August 16 at the Joseph Glasscock Community Center, 3653 Tom Weathers Dr.

Community Movie Night attendees will receive free popcorn while supplies last. The Chattatater and Clumpies Ice Cream food trucks will also be on-site if you want to purchase dinner and dessert during the movie.

“We had a great turnout and a lot of fun at the Community Movie Night in June, which featured Finding Nemo,” said Jeffrey Grabe, manager of Red Bank Parks and Recreation.

“It’s been really great to see our community center transformed into a family-friendly movie theater experience and we’re really looking forward to the screening of ‘The Super Mario Bros. Movie’ on August 16.”

Doors open at 6 p.m. and the screening of “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” begins at 7 p.m. Although admission is free, space is limited and the public is asked to register by emailing [email protected].
