TGIF! We finally made it to the end of the week. The weekend lies ahead of us, full of promise and a few more beautiful autumn days. I plan to hike up to see some beautiful golden aspen leaves. But not before we solve today’s Strands grid!

Strands is the latest game in the New York Times puzzle game series. It’s a fun twist on classic word search games. Each day we are given a new topic and then have to reveal all the words on the grid that fit that topic, including a spangram that spans two sides of the board. One of those words is this Spangram This goes from one side of the grid to the other and reveals even more about the topic of the day.

I found TITLE first and then REGISTRATION right after. I looked for INSURANCE but it wasn’t there. The “all-encompassing” part of this puzzle’s clue is important. Do you even still have an ATLAS in your glove compartment? A QUARTER is funny, but also true. All in all, it’s a pretty easy puzzle today.
