The San Francisco 49ers host the New England Patriots at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The Niners enter the game on a two-game losing streak, with star running back Christian McCaffrey still sidelined with Achilles tendonitis.

Additionally, defensive tackle Javon Hargrave and linebacker Curtis Robinson were placed on injured reserve Saturday, ending their seasons. Hargrave suffered a partial triceps tear in Week 3, while Robinson tore his ACL during practice last week.

Below are the latest in-game injuries for the 49ers.

TE George Kittle (ribs, questionable)

The 49ers announced that George Kittle is in question as he struggles with a rib injury. The tight end recorded three receptions for 38 yards and a touchdown in the first half.

Update: Kittle returned to the game in the second half.

LB Fred Warner (ankle, questionable)

Fred Warner suffered an ankle injury and is doubtful to return. The linebacker headed to the locker room early, just before the Patriots’ final offensive attack of the first half. Warner had four tackles, one interception, one touchdown and one pass defended before exiting.

DT Jordan Elliott (knee, out)

Jordan Elliott suffered a knee injury in the first half and is questionable to return, according to the 49ers. Elliott, already questionable for the game after suffering a foot injury in practice this week, was active for the Week 4 contest.

The 49ers later announced that Elliott was out for the remainder of the game.
