The 6-foot-2 wide receiver is currently on pace to have his best game in the NFL, as he had five receptions for 49 yards and a touchdown in the first half against the Bengals on Sunday. He also had one carry for eight rushing yards in the first 30 minutes.

He was selected in the first round of the NFL draft in April after the Panthers traded up to the No. 32 overall pick against the Buffalo Bills. With the No. 32 overall pick, Legette became the most drafted player in South Carolina since Jaycee Horn was also the No. 8 overall pick for the Panthers in 2021.

Legette had a monster senior season at South Carolina in 2023, finishing with 71 receptions for 1,255 yards and seven touchdowns. He finished his Columbia career with 1,678 receiving yards and 12 touchdown catches.
