FOX Sports Betting Analyst Jason McIntyre’s Picks:

Last week we took gold with the Eagles dominating the Saints and putting the coverage on the road despite Nick Siranni’s best efforts. But it was a costly win as star tackle Lane Johnson was lost due to a concussion, DeVonta Smith also left the game due to a concussion and AJ Brown missed the game due to a hamstring injury.

This is really important because the Eagles have a bye next week. Would the Eagles really try to rush back any of that trio with the possibility of an extra week off?

I’m here in Tampa and I’m assuming the Eagles won’t rush anyone back because this is a marathon, not a sprint. This is less of a bet on Tampa and more of a downgrade on the Eagles.

The Bucs looked terrible last week, which was predictable based on the win against the Lions. Tampa has its own injury problems – starting with the defensive linemen Calijah Kancey And Vita Vea – and there is a world in which Saquon Barkley rushes for 150 yards and the Eagles get a road win.

But will they be able to take a lead or will it be a 13-12 Eagles win?

It’s revenge for Philly after their playoff humiliation. Also keep an eye on Tropical Storm Helene, which could make for a windy and choppy field.

PICK: Buccaneers (+2.5) lose by less than 2.5 points or win outright
