Ramiro Enrique scored a goal and an assist and Martin Ojeda added two assists as Orlando City cruised to a 3-0 win over FC Dallas in Frisco, Texas, securing a berth in the MLS Cup Playoffs for the fifth consecutive year secured.

Rodrigo Schlegel and Facundo Torres also scored for Orlando (13-11-7, 46 points), which won for the fourth time in five games and improved to 9-3-1 in its last 13 games.

Dallas (10-14-7, 37 points), 10th in the Western Conference and eight points out of a playoff spot, fell to 1-3-1 in its last five games.

Orlando took a 1-0 lead in the 18th minute through Enrique, who placed a perfect header past Dallas goalkeeper Maarten Paes from a cross from Rafael Santos from the left side of the penalty area. It was Enrique’s sixth goal of the season.

Schlegel made it 2-0 in the 51st minute when he fended off a corner from Ojeda with a header that evaded a save attempt by Paes. The goal was only Schlegel’s second in nearly four seasons with Orlando. For Ojeda it was the 12th assist of the season, the most for his team

Torres made it 3-0 with his 13th goal of the season for the team, picking up a pass from Enrique on a Dallas giveaway and firing past Paes.

Dallas ended Orlando’s shutout push in the 78th minute when Paul Arriola scored from the penalty spot. It appeared to be 3-2 in stoppage time in the second half, but the goal was disallowed after a video review because Arriola was previously offside.

Orlando had a 7-5 advantage in shots on goal.

Paes finished the night with four saves in the loss. Orlando goalkeeper Pedro Gallese was credited with five saves.
