    The stakes couldn’t be higher for Kalen DeBoer in his SEC Conference football coaching debut at Alabama.

    The No. 4 Crimson Tide (3-0, 0-0 SEC) hosts Kirby Smart and No. 1 Georgia (3-0, 1-0) in a primetime matchup at Nick Saban Field at Bryant at 7:30 p.m. – Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Led by former coach Nick Saban and quarterback Jalen Milroe, the Crimson Tide defeated Georgia 27-24 in last season’s SEC Championship Game.

    Last year’s loss to Alabama eliminated the Bulldogs from contention for the four-team College Football Playoff in the committee’s eyes, while the Tide played Michigan in the Rose Bowl.
