This information came directly from the officer Minecraft website that appeared to have accidentally updated before being promptly removed, but not before fans noticed.

New Minecraft Updates are released regularly, but not all of them are filled with new content for players to try out. Although fans can expect bug fixes and quality of life improvements to be made on a regular basis, Mojang Studios recently committed to releasing new content updates more frequently. Although the studio says these patches will be smaller than usual, they will appear more frequently, meaning players won’t have to wait months to try out new items, mobs, and more.

Unfortunately, the studio seems to have gone a little too far, as they briefly released a new website with information about the next one Minecraft update. Although the webpage has since been taken down, one Reddit user was quick enough to take a screenshot of the site, giving fans a glimpse into the future of the wildly popular sandbox game.

According to the now deleted website, the next one Minecraft Biome will be known as “Pale Garden” and will also contain a new enemy mob called “The Creaking”. It’s unclear whether the new biome and mob will be in the overworld or in another dimension like The End, but fans are already speculating heavily about what these new features might look like. One user noted that the name of the update is “Bundles and Bravery,” suggesting that the update might be a little spooky, which would make sense since Halloween is fast approaching.

Any other details about the update are minimal, but the page also points this out Minecraft Live 2024, set to take place on September 28th, will give fans a new look at Bundles, a returning feature that allows players to carry more items. The leak also confirms that there is “exclusive information” about the coming year Minecraft The film will be unveiled during Minecraft Live, as well as a mysterious new immersive experience called Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue.
