Milan scored three goals in five minutes to make it 3-0 Victory over Lecce in Serie A on Friday evening, with particularly impressive performances from players such as Theo Hernandez, Rafael Leao and Alvaro Morata.

Check out the player ratings from Friday’s goal festival in San Siro.

Milan – Lecce 3-0: Player ratings

Milan: Maignan 6.5Emerson 6Gabbia 7Tomori 6Theo H. 8Pulisic 7.5Fofana 6Reijnders 6Leao 8Morata 7.5Abraham 7.

Best Milan player: Rafael Leao 8 – A difficult decision between Leao and Theo Hernandez, who both played brilliantly on Milan’s left flank. Although Theo outdid his teammate with both an assist and a goal, Leao deserves credit for a performance that was as polished as it was exciting. Fonseca, who wore the captain’s armband, trusted his compatriot, who rewarded the coach with a leadership performance at the top.

Coach: Paulo Fonseca 6.5 – It took well over half an hour for Milan to get going, but once they did, the floodgates finally opened. The 4-2-4 formation in attack with Pulisic, Abraham, Morata and Leao completely overwhelmed Lecce’s back four, but there were warning signs as the visitors looked more threatening in the early stages and were able to give Milan the lead at times. Promising, but not yet the finished product.

Lecce: Falcone 5Dorgu 5.5Gaspar 5Bashirotto 5Ramadani, Coulibaly, Pierret 6Morente 5.5Rebic 6Krstovic 6.

Best Lecce player: Lameck Banda 6 – A handful of cheers, including former Rossoneri player Ante Rebic, who gave his best, but the best player award this time goes to a substitute. When he came on, Banda brought even more speed to Lecce’s right wing and, together with the equally fast Patrick Dorgu, caused some problems for Theo Hernandez before the Frenchman himself was eliminated. The shot hitting the post would have been an excellent move had the flag not been raised for offside after 72 minutes.

Coach: Luca Gotti 5 – It’s a shame that Lecce collapsed so spectacularly after the first goal. They looked more threatening of both teams in the first 35 minutes, but then allowed three goals in about five minutes. It took another 20 minutes in the second half for Lecce to show signs of wanting to get back into the game, which almost led to further Milan attacks after the break. Better towards the end after Milan’s substitution, but not at all the most encouraging reaction to going behind.
