Investor Andrew Litinsky’s United Atlantic Ventures (UAV) now owns 100 shares worth about $1,400, according to a regulatory disclosure from Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG). That’s down from the 7.5 million shares his company owned at the end of March, which represented 5.5 percent of the company’s common stock and was worth more than $100 million as of Thursday.

“As of this filing, United Atlantic Ventures LLC owns 100 shares,” the document states.

The price of TMTG shares has been falling recently, reaching its lowest level ever last Friday.

According to CNN, Trump personally owns 114.75 million shares of Trump Media, which was apparently worth $6.2 billion in mid-May.

Based on Thursday’s closing price of $13.98, Trump’s investment is now valued at around $1.6 billion due to the price decline.

Everything you need to know about Andrew Litinsky

Litinsky co-owns UAV, a Florida-based company, with Wesley Moss, a Georgian citizen. Both helped prepare the merger that helped TMTG go public in March.

According to the BBC, after Trump was banned from the social media platform Twitter in the wake of the Capitol riots on January 6, Litinsky and Moss developed the concept for Truth Social and agreed to offer him a majority stake.

Litinsky, a Florida native and Harvard graduate, was also the youngest contestant on NBC’s “The Apprentice” in 2004 at age 23. Trump co-produced and hosted the reality TV show.

According to a 2015 report by Reuters, Litinsky managed to secure a job as a project manager at the Trump Organization, despite being fired during the televised battle for a Trump job.

Trump’s media organization owned 5.5% of the publicly traded company when it went public and operated under the former president’s initials as a ticker symbol.

However, the relationship between the two parties deteriorated shortly afterwards, as Litinsky and Moss felt they were being taken advantage of. Both then sued the company. In response, TMTG stated that they mishandled the launch of Truth Social.

In mid-August, UAV’s holdings were depleted by additional stock offerings, causing its holding to fall to less than 3.8% of shares outstanding, according to the filing.

Trump sued Litinsky and Moss in April this year, claiming that they made a series of “reckless and wasteful decisions” during the development of TMTG that caused significant harm.

The statement added that the duo “failed spectacularly at every turn.”

According to CNN, the lawsuit demanded that Litinsky and Moss return their ownership of Trump’s media company because they would acquire 8.6 million shares through their company UAV, for a total share amount of about $444 million at the time.
