Brilliant Earth Dr. Jane Goodall Fine Jewelry Collection: details, prices, photos

Brilliant Earth continues its partnership with Dr. Jane Goodall continues with a new fine jewelry collection and campaign.

The fine jewelry brand is collaborating with the English anthropologist on a collection made from ethical and sustainable materials. The seven-piece collection includes rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets and is priced between $895 and $2,995.

“The Jane Goodall Collection and our collaboration with the Jane Goodall Institute reflect the best of Brilliant Earth,” said company co-founder and CEO Beth Gerstein. “Combining our nearly two decades of innovation, artistry and environmentally-focused practices, this collection honors Jane’s legacy and furthers our commitment to driving change and giving back.”

The collection is inspired by Tanzania, where Goodall’s institute has worked extensively, and focuses on a banana leaf motif. The jewelry is made from lab-grown diamonds from the Brilliant Earth Capture Collection, which are said to be produced in clean energy facilities, and certified recycled gold.

“My life’s work and vision for future generations fully align with Brilliant Earth’s commitment to improving ethical and sustainable practices in the jewelry industry,” said Goodall. “This collection is a powerful reminder that mindful choices can create meaningful change.”

Ten percent of proceeds from the collection benefit the Jane Goodall Institute to fund projects that help protect and restore habitats, support the health and education of women and young girls, and support the next generation of environmental stewards.

Brilliant Earth and Goodall, which first announced their partnership last spring, have decided to join forces for their shared environmental and sustainability efforts, they said.

In addition to the collection, Brilliant Earth is releasing its “Rethink Everything You Know About Diamonds” campaign starring Goodall. The campaign encourages customers to learn more about Brilliant Earth’s diamond sourcing standards and innovations in both natural and lab-grown diamonds.

“Brilliant Earth was founded almost 20 years ago with the goal of paving the way for ethical and sustainable jewelry,” said Gerstein. “Since then, we have challenged many to rethink their choices, such as our ‘Rethink Everything You Know About Diamonds’ campaign, which invites consumers to change their perception of diamonds and recognize the profound impact their choices can have on both Communities and the Environment.”
