WHEN: Until Friday, 8 a.m. EDT.

EFFECTS: Many roads may be closed. Low-lying properties, including homes, businesses and some critical infrastructure, will be flooded. There will be some coastal erosion.

MORE DETAILS: Total water levels of 1 to 3 feet are possible from Hurricane Helene, with isolated locations up to 4 feet.
