Anthony Bowens is one of the most popular stars in AEW right now and a true representative of the LGBTQ community. He also has other interests outside of professional wrestling and that is exactly why it is no surprise that he will be joining AEW. Going Yard: Home Run Derby this year.
Over the past few months, Anthony Bowens has been sharing clips of himself practicing his batting technique on social media as he prepares for a chance to compete in Jose Canseco’s Going Yard: Home Run Derby, demonstrating his commitment to the event.
Anthony Bowens’ efforts have clearly paid off, as he announced on Twitter that he will be participating in the Going Yard Home Run Derby on October 5. The event will take place at Constellation Field and will also include Andruw Jones, Rafael Palmeiro, Jose Canseco, Josh Reddick, Antonio Brown and Johnny Manziel.

Anthony Bowens is obviously having a great time in and out of the world of professional wrestling, so we will have to wait and see how Anthony Bowens will fare at Going Yard: Home Run Derby next month.
