Probably last phase of 21-degree weather in Seattle in 2024

This week will likely bring Seattle’s last 70-degree stretch of 2024! Temperatures will rise to the mid-70s on Tuesday, with highs then dropping to the low 60s for the rest of the work week.

While it’s not impossible to see temperatures above 70 degrees throughout Seattle in October, the likelihood drops dramatically from here on out.

Mild, pleasant and mostly dry weather is forecast for Seattle over the next three days.

After a somewhat cloudy start with patches of fog, the rest of the day will be brightly sunny. Maximum temperatures in the greater Seattle area will be between 18 and 21 degrees.

The best temperatures of 70 degrees or higher this afternoon will be in East King County neighborhoods (e.g. Sammamish, Kirkland, Bellevue, and Issaquah) as well as Pierce and Thurston counties. The plentiful sunshine will make these temperatures seem even warmer!

Sunny, dry and mild weather is expected for Seattle and the surrounding region on Saturday.

In the greater Seattle area, maximum temperatures on Saturday will be between 18 and 21 degrees Celsius. (FOX 13 Seattle)

It will stay dry for the Huskies’ game this afternoon. It will probably stay dry for the Seahawks tomorrow as well. The weather forecast models are clearly predicting a high probability of rain on Sunday.

Right now, it looks like most backyards in Western Washington won’t see rain tomorrow, but communities in the North Sound and North Coast (e.g., Forks and Bellingham) will have a slight chance of rain Sunday afternoon and evening.

If you’re going to the Hawks game tomorrow, I might bring a sweater in case it gets chilly when the game starts.

The Seahawks' game in Seattle on Sunday is expected to be mostly cloudy and dry.

It will probably be dry at the Hawks game on Sunday: In Seattle, people can expect temperatures around 15 degrees. (FOX 13 Seattle)

Morning clouds will be followed by glorious sunshine in the afternoon on Monday. It will be even warmer on Tuesday, with highs in Seattle reaching 24 degrees.

Rain will return steadily to Puget Sound on Wednesday. There will be fewer showers on Thursday, but it will not be completely dry. Isolated rain is possible on Friday.

Stunning fall sunshine and dry weather are forecast for Seattle on Monday and Tuesday of this week.
