“Noqte” delves deep into the rich history and complex art of Iranian calligraphy, emphasizing the importance of the “noqte” (dot) as a fundamental element. The documentary has already garnered acclaim, winning the Golden Knight Award of the XXXII International Film Forum and was nominated for the XXI National Award Laurel Branch.

Amir Valinejad emphasized the importance of the film, saying, “It introduces viewers to the exquisite art form of calligraphy. We are honored that ‘Noqte’ is premiering on TV BRICS, and we hope it inspires viewers to discover the beauty of Iranian culture.”

The film was produced in 2020 with the support of the Ibn Sina Islamic Culture Research Foundation and aims to increase knowledge of Islamic culture, science and philosophy among scholars and students.
