“The Voice” coaches bow to Queen Reba and cheekily show their collaboration with the country icon (exclusive)

After her first victory on The voice with soul singer Asher HaVon, Reba McEntire is back and ready for another win in Season 26 when she will face the returning coach Gwen Stefani and coaches who are taking part for the first time Snoop Dogg And Michael Buble.

Watch this exclusive video to hear her fellow coaches’ entertaining and witty take on Reba’s coaching approach.

“Reba is definitely the national treasure of the show,” Snoop says. “She attracts talent. She always says the right things. She’s the one we fear the most, and she likes to brag about winning last year. She knows what to look for. She knows how to pick.”

Michael adds, “I sense that Reba McEntire has a certain power. When she looks at you with those big blue eyes and a smile that lights up a room, it’s hard not to get swept up in that tractor beam. It’s hard when almost every contestant who turns around sees Reba and goes ‘Ooooh.’ She’s this caring, beautiful human being that you just have to love. There’s nothing like experience, and she has a lot of that. She has a lot of experience to make these people so much better than they ever thought possible. I think they’re really lucky to be on Reba’s team.”

And Gwen, a winner herself after winning season 19 with then-15-year-old Carter Rubin, adds: “I know Reba. This is my second season with her and she’s just amazing. The longer I know her, the more I get to know her taste in music and everything else. We become friends. I know from working together before that she’s really good at hearing things that I might not hear and then later realizing, ‘Wow, you knew that,’ because she’s experienced. Reba is definitely a threat to all of us. She won last season and she’s the queen.”

And then the Queen herself, who will also star in the NBC comedy Happy’s place, shares her thoughts.

“I’m so excited to be back for season 26,” says Reba. “We’re having a blast. Gwen and I knew this was going to be special with Michael and Snoop, and we were right. This is my third season The voice and I keep coming back because I love it. It’s fun. The camaraderie between the coaches is exciting and then just sitting here and listening to the talent blows me away. I really enjoy this show. I’m always amazed at how The voice can find so many talented, wonderful people to come on the show.”

The voice Season 26 will premiere this fall on Monday, September 23rd on NBC and the next day on Peacock.
