Series history: Today’s meeting will be the 13th meeting between the two schools, with West Virginia leading the series 10-2. Kansas won the last meeting on September 10, 2022 in Morgantown, 55-42 in overtime, when Jayhawks cornerback Jacobee Bryant intercepted a pass from JT Daniels and returned it 86 yards for the win.
