Juniata Volleyball dominated then-runner-up Hope Volleyball in a highly anticipated rematch of last year’s national championship to remain at the top of the standings.
Hope dropped to fourth place after a few losses, falling to 8-2. Junaita continues its winning streak, starting the season 8-0 and looking to set the NCAA record for most consecutive wins.
Three teams are new to the poll this week: No. 21 Case Western, which started the season 12-0, and 9-0 Washington and Lee, which entered at No. 25. Wesleyan and Cornell (IA) both fell out after being ranked No. 18 and 21, respectively, a week ago.
Washington-St. Louis jumps to No. 9 after a strong performance this week, up from No. 14 a week ago. Check out the rankings in the AVCA poll below.
