An unsealed federal indictment revealed that Sean “Diddy” Combs was criminally charged on Tuesday, a day after the hip-hop mogul was arrested in New York City.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office charged Combs with conspiracy to commit organized crime and sex trafficking, among other charges. The full indictment can be found below.

His lawyer Marc Agnifilo said on Monday that they were “disappointed by the decision to initiate what we believe to be an unjustified criminal prosecution” and described the entertainment star as “an imperfect human being, but not a criminal.”

The former music manager has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing.

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) agents made the arrest in Manhattan on Monday, sources familiar with the matter told NBC New York. Combs was arrested in the lobby of a hotel, a spokesman told NBC News.

“To Mr. Combs’ credit, he has been consistently cooperative with this investigation and voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve judgment until you know all of the facts,” Agnifilo’s statement said. “These are the actions of an innocent man who has nothing to hide and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”
