Reba McEntire and Melissa Peterman teamed up to bring laughs to the 76th Annual Emmy Awards. The former co-stars took the stage to present the award for Outstanding Scripted Variety Series.

Before the ceremony, the two walked the red carpet together and showed off some silly poses. Reba wore head-to-toe emerald green, while Melissa opted for an elegant lavender gown (she said her glamorous look was inspired by Hollywood starlet Brigitte Bardot).

Reba and Melissa had the audience laughing when they took the stage to present the award for Outstanding Scripted Variety Series. They boasted about their professionalism, saying they didn’t even need a teleprompter to remember the category’s two nominees. They claimed they could have made the announcement with their eyes closed, but clearly took one look at the nominees: SNL And Late night with John Oliver. Steve Martin and Naomi Watts were seen laughing in the audience. One fan on Tik Tok called the performance “iconic and hilarious.”
