Jennifer Aniston may be the star of “The Morning Show,” but she also knows how to make a good entrance in an evening dress.

On the red carpet of the 2024 Emmys on Sunday, the actress forwent her typical dark dresses and instead shone in a silver, strapless dress by Oscar de la Renta decorated with elaborate pearl trim.

She wore her enviable hair straight and shiny and added extra sparkle to the look with a diamond and platinum ring from Tiffany & Co. and matching vintage earrings and a bracelet from the legendary jeweler.

The founder of hair care brand Lolavie usually wears a little black dress on the red carpet, but in 2023 she went all out at the SAG Awards and opted for another sparkling silver dress by Celine instead.

Although she did not attend the 2023 Emmy Awards red carpet, she appeared at a pre-show event in a red version of the sub-$300 Reformation dress, which she owns in several colors.

It’s going to be a big night for Aniston, 55, who is nominated for outstanding lead actress in a drama series for her role as Alex Levy on “The Morning Show” — alongside co-star Reese Witherspoon. (The Apple TV+ show is also nominated for outstanding drama series.)

“We grew up together,” Aniston told E! about Witherspoon on the red carpet. “We were kids together and now we’re adults together… I couldn’t ask for a better partner.”

Despite her decades-long career and ten Emmy nominations, Aniston has only taken home the trophy once, in 2002 for her famous role as Rachel Green in “Friends.”

This year’s ceremony, hosted by Dan and Eugene Levy, promises a night of television reunions, and we may also see a reunion of Aniston and Witherspoon with their Big Little Lies co-star Connie Britton, who is also in attendance tonight.

Only time will tell if Aniston takes home a trophy or practices her “gracious loser face” à la “Friends”.
