Supporters of Donald Trump and MAGA criticized the performance of the moderators at the first presidential debate between the former president and Kamala Harris, which aired on ABC on Tuesday night.

Moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis reviewed Trump’s statements four times and corrected him, but did not correct Harris once, AP reports. The event was held in Philadelphia, where the candidates sparred on the economy, abortion, foreign policy and immigration.

“I think that was my best debate EVER, especially because it was THREE AGAINST ONE!” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform, suggesting that the moderators were biased against him.

Conservative commentator Megyn Kelly, a former Fox and NBC anchor, wrote on X: “These moderators are a shameful failure and this is one of the most biased and unfair debates I have ever seen. Shame on you, @ABC.”

Tulsi Gabbard, a former Democratic congresswoman who endorsed Trump earlier this month, echoed his remarks: “This debate is three against one – the ABC moderators are clearly promoting Kamala Harris,” she wrote on X.

The former president’s son, Donald Trump Jr., wrote on X: “Strange how the bungling anchors at @abcnews only ‘fact check’ Trump and let Kamala lie nonstop. The fake news is the enemy of the people!”
