Seahawks radio stations 2024: channels, live streams, schedule to listen to NFL game broadcasts from Seattle

Seattle finished third in the NL West with a 9-8 record and narrowly missed the playoffs. This season marks a new chapter as former Ravens defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald takes the reins from Pete Carroll.

Macdonald takes over for veteran quarterback Geno Smith, who is entering his fifth year with the Seahawks and his third as a full-time starter. Smith had a solid season last season, throwing for 3,624 yards with 20 touchdowns and nine interceptions, although his numbers were down from the previous year.

There were talks of a contract extension during the offseason, but with no agreement reached, this year could be crucial for Smith as he looks to prove his worth in Seattle or elsewhere.

Smith has plenty of weapons at his disposal, including one of the league’s best pass receivers. The 6-foot-4, 235-pound physical prodigy DK Metcalf led the team with 1,114 yards and eight touchdowns, while Tyler Lockett’s reliability in the short passing game earned him 79 catches for 894 yards last season. Wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba, fresh off a stellar rookie season, should continue to make progress.

Kenneth Walker III is back to lead the running game and has rushed for over 900 yards in each of his first two seasons, making him a real threat on offense.

On defense, Seattle is losing longtime standouts Bobby Wagner and Quandre Diggs. Their secondary remains a strength, with cornerbacks Riq Woolen and Devon Witherspoon providing solid coverage. Safety Julian Love, the team’s top returning tackler, and linebacker Boye Mafe form the foundation of the defense. First-round pick Byron Murphy II will add much-needed depth to the defensive line as Seattle looks to fill key gaps and get into the postseason.

Here’s everything you need to know to listen to Seattle Seahawks NFL games on the radio this season.
