PRINCETON, NJ – Another Ivy League volleyball season is upon us and after voting by members of the media, the Yale Bulldogs were selected first in the Ivy League preseason poll for 2024 after winning the Ivy League title and Ivy Tournament championship last season.
Yale, coming off a 21-4 season, received 126 votes and 14 of the 16 available first-place votes, while Princeton was second with 108 points and the remaining two first-place votes. Brown was third with 97 points and Harvard was fourth with 76 points. Cornell, Dartmouth, Penn and Columbia filled the final four spots.
The Ivy League volleyball tournament will be played at the site of the number 1 seed on either November 22-23 or November 23-24.
