Updates on MarShawn Lloyd and Romeo Doubs in the Packers’ injury report from Wednesday

The Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles get to open the 2024 NFL season in a special way by playing in São Paulo. It’s the first of a handful of international games this year, but the first time the league will play in South America. The fact that they’re playing on a Friday night in prime time makes it all the more exciting.

While the event may be a little different for fans, it’s business as usual for both teams. Ultimately, Green Bay and Philadelphia are looking to start the season 1-0. However, there were some injury issues that needed to be addressed first. The Packers released their injury report from Wednesday.

Well, there is an asterisk when talking about Wednesday’s injury report. Green Bay did not practice because they were on a plane to Brazil for the game. All designations are a prediction if the Packers had been on the field at some point on Wednesday.

All six players would have been limited in practice, which would be an improvement for Lloyd. He did not participate in Tuesday’s practice because of the hamstring injury. There must have been progress because the rookie running back would have been there.

Transfer to Doubs: The wide receiver has problems with his hand. Head coach Matt LaFleur was adamant that Green Bay was strong at the wide receiver position. But having Doubs out there would be a huge boost for the Packers and the quarterback Jordan Love.

On the other hand, the Eagles also released their injury report from Wednesday. A few big names are still with Philadelphia but appear to be on track to play in Brazil after being listed as full participants.

Philadelphia also announced that White is not traveling with the team, meaning he will not be available for Friday night’s game, a loss for the Eagles’ linebacker group before they face a stellar Green Bay Packers offense.
