Jack Draper vomited on the court during his US Open semi-final against Jannik Sinner in a grueling encounter.
The Brit even got a towel and wiped it clean, prompting the referee to step in and ask if he needed some time to collect himself.
But Draper was determined to continue midway through the second set, even though the match had already lasted almost two hours.
Although it was brave of the 22-year-old to force himself to play despite his stomach problems, perhaps the short break would have been better for him.

Sinner showed no remorse and took the next point – and thus the game.
In fact, it was the second time Draper had vomited during the contest, even though he was drenched in sweat throughout the fight.
However, neither player gave the other an inch; they took turns playing and gave their bodies every effort they could.
After a remarkable comeback that saw Sinner fall to the ground, the Italian got back up, sent a missile attack across the field and won the point.
However, he may have sustained an injury to his wrist that required medical treatment.

Speaking to Sky Sports, British legend Tim Henman explained: “Sometimes when it’s humid, and it’s obvious with all the sweat, you can almost drink too much water and it sits in your stomach.”
“I think this is the second time Draper has vomited.”

“I think Jannik’s hand looked a bit shaky, and from the other side, Jack doesn’t look much better.
“Jack has doctors, he takes some pills – maybe something to settle his stomach – and he has the cool fan under his shirt.”
