The Kansas City Chiefs confidently mastered their week 1 game against the Baltimore Ravens, taking a 10-point lead in the third quarter after star quarterback Patrick Mahomes carried Isiah Pacheco into the end zone and scored a touchdown.

The play came on the opening drive of the second half after a spectacular catch and run by tight end Noah Gray that brought Kansas City close to the goal line.

When Pacheco carried a ball and got stuck at the line of scrimmage, Mahomes took matters into his own hands and pushed the ball forward to help the veteran running back score a touchdown.

Standout plays like this will be crucial for the Chiefs’ defense in the Super Bowl, and fans can expect Mahomes to continue to inspire his teammates to perform at their best for the rest of the season.
