50 Cent has signed a deal with Netflix to produce a docuseries about the Sean “Diddy” Combs sex crimes case.

“This is a story with significant human impact. It’s a complex narrative that spans decades, not just the headlines or clips you’ve seen so far,” 50 Cent and project director Stapleton said in a joint statement to Variety released Wednesday.

“We remain committed to giving a voice to the voiceless and presenting authentic and nuanced perspectives,” the statement continues.

The 49-year-old “In da Club” rapper called the allegations against Diddy “disturbing” and urged viewers to remember that Combs’ actions are “not the whole story of hip-hop and its culture.”

“We want to ensure that individual actions do not overshadow the broader contributions of culture,” they said.

Fiddy will produce the project through his company G-Unit Film & Television, and Stapleton will serve as executive producer through his company House of Nonfiction. Texas Crew Productions is also producing the series.

The “Just A Lil Bit” artist revealed last December that he documented the sex crime allegations against Combs after the Bad Boy Records producer was sued for sexual assault by several women, including his ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura.

The Branson Cognac founder, who has been in a rivalry with Diddy for years, made a teaser on X with a clip in which Bad Boy Records rapper Mark Curry claims that Combs would spike champagne bottles at his parties so that the female guests would drink some.

The hip-hop star, real name Curtis James Jackson III, said proceeds from the series would go to support victims of sexual assault.

Last week, 50 police officers pursued Combs for the more than 1,000 bottles of lubricant found during a raid on the music mogul’s mansion.

Combs was arrested on September 16 and charged with three counts: conspiracy to commit organized crime, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

He pleaded not guilty but was denied bail and remained in prison under suicide watch while awaiting trial.

Combs’ downward spiral came in November 2023, when Cassie sued him for rape and abuse during their ten-year relationship. Diddy denied the allegations and they agreed to a settlement the next day.

However, Combs was caught lying in May 2024 when a video surfaced of the rapper brutally attacking Cassie in a hotel in 2016, forcing him to issue a public apology.

Since then, at least a dozen people have come forward with allegations of assault against the Grammy-winning father of seven.
