* At 14:35 CDT, Doppler radar showed thunderstorms with
Heavy rain throughout the warning area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash floods are underway or are expected to begin
short.

* Until 6:00 p.m. CDT.

* At 3:01 p.m. CDT, Doppler radar showed thunderstorms with
Heavy rain throughout the warning area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. The expected rainfall is 1 to 2 inches in 1
hour. Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is possible in
the warned area. Flash flooding is underway or is expected to begin
short.

Remember: Do not drive on flooded roads. We have had a lot of rain in the last few hours and these storms have caused severe flash flooding. There will be more rain this afternoon which will likely make conditions even worse. Even in areas that are not currently under a flash flood warning, flooding can occur at any time.
